By entering this draw/competition, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions and consent to your data being managed in accordance with our Privacy Statement.
Prize Specific Terms and Conditions:

The competition goal is to win a single €500 Lidl Voucher for the first prize, then 4 individual €100 Lidl Vouchers to be one by 4 separate individuals. No single individual may be awarded more than one prize.

The competition runs from March 26th until Easter Wednesday the 7th of April 2021 @ 11.59 pm.
Winners will be notified by email.

Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter & Data Controller: Lidl Ireland is a Limited Company, and it is Lidl Ireland
which will provide the prizes to the winners directly.
2. By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and
conditions.
3. Lidl obtains, processes, and maintains personal information in accordance with
The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), The Data Protection
Acts 1988 to 2018 (Republic of Ireland), the Data Protection Act 2018 (Northern
Ireland) whether amended, supplemented, or replaced. Any personal data
communicated to Lidl in any respect will only be processed for the purposes
outlined in these terms and conditions. Such personal information will not be
used for any other purposes than those specified. Data subjects may apply for
access, rectification, erasure, restriction of process, or portability. Any questions
in relation to how Lidl uses personal data may be addressed to
[email protected] If Lidl is unable to address such questions, data subjects
also have the right to contact the Data Protection Commission / the Office of the
Information Commissioner.
4. Lidl will ensure that all information is kept safe and secure until the conclusion of
this competition or until such time as the final prize fund has been delivered. Any
personal data will be deleted thereafter. All information submitted will be held

Lidl permits.

6. Any images taken or provided as part of the competition may be used for internal
or external marketing and promotional purposes in any manner or media without
notifying entrants including, but not limited to social media channels, websites,
TV, cinema, publications, promotions, broadcasts, advertisements, posters and
theatre slides. Lidl retains the right to alter the image in the manner it deems
appropriate without the obligation of seeking prior approval from entrants and
there will be no reimbursement for the use of the images, other than the prize in
the case of the winner.
7. The entrants agree that Lidl shall own the images and all rights related to them
and the entrants shall assert no claim over the images or the rights associated
with them.
8. The entry form will be part of the overall terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or
fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. All decisions are final.. Where a competition
involves a voting process: offering or receiving any incentive for voting is not permitted
and will invalidate the vote, and may disqualify the recipient of the vote.
9. Lidl Ireland. reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold
prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions.
10. LIDL Ireland reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments
will be published on the competition website.
11. Promotion is open to anybody over 18 years of age.
12. Lidl Ireland reserves the right to request written proof of age from the winner.
13. Each entrant can enter an email address once only.
14. Use of a false email, name, or address by an entrant will disqualify them from
receiving any prize.
15. If you subscribe to an email newsletter, please note you can unsubscribe at any time by
clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email newsletter.
16. The competition winning entry will be selected in a draw by an independent application
which specializes in randomising and selecting winning entries. This decision is final and
no correspondence or communication will be entered into. Winner(s) may be contacted
by email, telephone, or post to notify them.
17. Winners and entrants may opt in to accept further news and offers from Lidl Ireland.
18. In the case of conflict between these rules and such specific directions/terms and
conditions, these rules shall prevail. By participating in this competition, you are deemed

to accept these rules and the specific directions/terms and conditions applicable to the
individual prizes, as specified above.
19. Failure to claim a prize within 14 days will make any claim invalid and another winner will
be selected and declared.
20. Prizes not claimed within the specified time limit will be deemed to have been forfeited
and may be disposed of by Lidl Ireland, without any liability to the winner.
21. No responsibility is accepted for entries damaged, lost, or mislaid and proof of posting will
not be accepted as proof of delivery.
22. No entries will be accepted by agents, in bulk, or from third parties.
23. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the relevant closing date by email, phone or post.
